These terms cover the current MusicForge music app. Video creation is not included in this release. The operator and contact details above apply to your agreement.
Operator and contact
MusicForge is operated by Nicklas Darnolf, using the ForgeOS name. Nicklas Darnolf is the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and use the same MusicForge account when purchasing and restoring purchases. An artist name may be used in your profile.
MusicForge helps you write lyrics and generate, save, play and export music. AI results can contain errors and may not match every instruction. Review the result before publishing it and keep exported copies of important songs.
Plans, credits and renewals
A new account has no paid plan or automatically included free credits. Audio generation requires an active paid plan and enough credits. A separate credit pack does not replace an active plan. The app and Google Play show the product, billing period, included credits and final price before you confirm.
Google Play handles Android payment and recurring renewal. Cancel renewal using Google Play subscription management. Uninstalling MusicForge or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel the subscription. Use Restore purchases or Restore credit packs if a previous purchase is missing; do not buy again while payment is pending.
Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for twelve months from allocation. Plan credits are used before pack credits. Credits for each newly verified subscription billing order are added once. Credits are service units, not money; remaining credits still require an active plan for generation. The app shows the credit cost before you order a song. An interrupted response does not necessarily cancel the underlying job.
Your material and permitted use
You must have the rights needed for the material you submit. You retain the rights you already have in your inputs and allow the processing and transfers needed to generate and store the requested result. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation or attempts to bypass security and cost controls.
The current audio model, fal-ai/minimax-music/v2.5, is offered for commercial use under its provider terms. You may use results commercially subject to those terms and any third-party rights. MusicForge does not guarantee exclusive copyright, originality, non-infringement or income. Similar outputs can be generated for others. The provider terms and model information are linked below.
Problems, withdrawal and refunds
Contact support if a purchase or service is faulty or missing. Include the product, date, app version and Google order number; never send full card details. You can also request a Google Play refund through the link below. Mandatory rights to remedy, price reduction, cancellation or reimbursement are not removed by these terms.
For EEA consumers, distance contracts normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. Exceptions differ for digital content and services: loss of the right for delivered digital content requires the legally required express agreement and acknowledgement; a paid service must be fully performed with the required prior consent and acknowledgement. Starting a subscription alone does not automatically remove all withdrawal rights. Where the law permits, a proportionate charge may apply to a service you expressly requested to start during the withdrawal period.
To exercise withdrawal, tell us clearly which purchase you wish to withdraw from before the deadline, by email or post using the contact details above, or through Google Play’s available process. A form is not required. An optional notice is: “I withdraw from my MusicForge purchase [product/order], made on [date]. Name: […]. Contact address: […]. Date: […].” Provide a signature only for a paper notice.
Ending use, changes and disputes
You may stop using MusicForge and request deletion through the linked page. Save wanted exports first and manage Google Play renewal separately. We may proportionately restrict access for verified misuse or a serious security issue, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.
We provide the service with reasonable care. Outages can occur; contact support for failed delivery. Material changes will be clearly communicated and will not retroactively remove acquired rights. Swedish law applies without removing mandatory protection in your country of residence. You may contact your local consumer authority or, in Sweden, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) about an unresolved dispute. These terms do not restrict access to competent courts.
