Request account and data deletion

You can request deletion by email, even if you cannot open the app. This page does not delete anything automatically.

Request account and data deletion

  1. Save any songs you want to keep before requesting deletion. Copies you already exported or shared are separate from your MusicForge library.
  2. Email support from your MusicForge sign-in address if possible. Use the subject “MusicForge account deletion” and say that you want your MusicForge account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that address, describe the problem without sending passwords or codes.
  3. Support verifies ownership and the scope of your request. Mention any other ForgeOS apps you use so the request can be reviewed against the correct account. Ask support to confirm when it is complete and identify any records that must be retained, the reason and duration.
Write a deletion request

Opening the email link only prepares a message. Review and send it yourself. If no email app opens, copy the address below into your usual email service.

What to include in your request

Ask for removal of your MusicForge account details, saved song and lyric metadata, and cloud audio. Tell support if you also want help with data held by a connected provider. This request is separate from managing Google Play renewal; use the subscription link below to check it.
