Help with your account, songs and Google Play purchases.
Make your first song
- Sign in, then open Profile to check your plan and credits. A new account has no active plan or included free credits. Google Play shows the final price before you buy.
- Choose Create New Song. Add your idea, choose a genre and mood, and write or review your lyrics. Choose the voice and song language, then check the credit cost before confirming.
- Find completed songs in Library. Play listens in the app; Save exports a copy to your device; Share opens your device’s sharing options. You choose the recipient.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
Use the same email address and sign-in method as before. If you used Google, choose Google again. For email/password sign-in, use Forgot password and check your inbox and spam folder. Never send your password, sign-in code or reset link to support.
I paid, but my plan or credits are missing
Open Profile and use Restore purchases for a plan, or Restore credit packs for a pack. Use the same MusicForge account and Google Play account that made the purchase. Keep the app installed and avoid buying again while a payment is pending. If it still fails, contact support with the app version, purchase date, product and Google order number.
My song is taking a long time
Keep the same MusicForge account and reopen Create to continue checking an existing job. If the app offers to retry saving a completed track, use that option. Do not create the same song again just because a response or save was interrupted. Contact support if the existing job cannot be recovered.
How do I keep my songs?
Use Save or Share for tracks you want to keep. In Library, wait for Cloud backup confirmed before relying on another device. Keep the original device and exported copies if backup is still checking or has failed. Do not uninstall or clear app data to fix a missing song.
My older songs are not visible
Check your sign-in account first. If Library offers Verify older songs, use it to check ownership of older local tracks. Unverified tracks remain on the device and are not imported into another account. Keep the device and contact support if songs are still missing.
How do I edit lyrics or choose a language?
Write your own text or edit a draft in Lyrics Studio, then use Use these lyrics in a song. Your text and song language carry into the song wizard. Review AI drafts before use. The song language is separate from the app’s interface language.
Can I create a music video?
Video creation is not available in this release. The coming-soon buttons do not create a video. Current song creation, playback and export are separate features.
How do I cancel renewal?
Use Manage Google Play subscription below and select MusicForge in the Google account used for payment. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
